100% deposit required on stays of four or fewer nights.  For longer stays, 100% of the room rate for the remaining days will be charged at check-in and due at check-out.  Cancellations must be made more than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival, and are subject to a 10% rebooking fee.  There will be NO REFUND for cancellations made LESS THAN FIFTEEN DAYS prior to scheduled arrival, or for stays shortened after check-in. Special policies apply to groups, extended stays and reservations of four or more rooms.
